Pantone tarts... now these are some tarts worth eating! They were created by French food designer Emilie de Griottes for a special feature in the French culinary magazine Fricote. The dessert tarts are recreations of Pantone color swatches representing berries, carrots, lemon, candies, and other foods and are arranged upon a tart base, whose bottom is iced in white and marked with their respective Pantone color. Yummy!
